Pinnacle Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Belleview, FL. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes, design and implement care plans, and communicate with clinical managers and colleagues.
Requirements
• Current RN license
• Valid BLS certification
• Minimum one year of experience in home health or a healthcare facility
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
• Solid understanding of professional nursing principles and home health documentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle
• Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible
• Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques
• Ability to engage in physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, and occasional lifting or turning of patients
