They are seeking an Account Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing applications, verifying information, and entering data into internal systems while contributing positively to a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and related documents for completeness and accuracy
- Enter and update data in internal systems with precision and consistency
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data
- Maintain organized electronic records and ensure information is kept confidential
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- The ideal candidate will live within a reasonable commuting distance of a PCS office to support regular on-site presence
