They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to manage and grow their business across New York and New Jersey, focusing on building partnerships with licensed cannabis cultivators and providing tailored solutions to their operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Territory: Find and connect with new licensed growers while managing existing accounts across NY and NJ
- Consult with Clients: Visit cultivation facilities to understand their operational needs and recommend the right tools, substrates, and plant care supplies
- Coordinate Deliveries: Work closely with operations teams to ensure orders arrive on time and resolve any shipping issues
- Track Progress: Keep customer records and your sales pipeline updated in the CRM system
Skills
- 3 to 7+ years of experience working in or selling to commercial growing or greenhouse environments (cannabis industry experience is a major plus)
- Good understanding of standard cultivation setups, including growing media, watering systems, and plant care supplies
- Proven track record of managing a sales territory and hitting goals with minimal supervision
- Must live in New York or New Jersey and be willing to travel regularly to visit customer sites
- Valid driver's license required
