The Account Manager will own a territory, building relationships and closing deals while managing key accounts and navigating procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a book of key accounts
- Prospecting new ones
- Running product demos
- Building quotes and proposals
- Navigating federal, state, and institutional procurement
- Tracking your pipeline in Salesforce and showing up prepared to every conversation
Skills
- Technical sales in a complex environment — ideally radiation, nuclear, medical devices, or adjacent fields
- High agency

- Genuinely interested in solving problems for people
- Strong salespeople who can learn the tech, or technical experts who can learn to sell
- Equivalent experience and aptitude
- A degree in engineering, science, physics, chemistry, or a similar field is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of government and institutional procurement processes
- Ability to read and work through technical contracts
