Qualitest is a leading AI-powered Quality Engineering Company, and they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. The role involves managing key accounts within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors, driving client relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business challenges, and strategic goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and account reviews
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadership
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Skills
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services
- Prior experience working with or managing Healthcare & Lifesciences accounts
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry
- Located on the East Coast, preferably in New York or New Jersey
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required
- Experience in IT Services, QA, or Staffing within the Life Sciences domain
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
