They are seeking an Account Manager to train and service clients, build industry relationships, and provide support to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
- Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of our products
- Follow-up support with existing clients once they are fully onboarded
- Building meaningful industry relationships to help keep existing clients and find new potential clients
- Traveling throughout the country to manage accounts to help ensure their success
- Data analysis and translating that data into thoughtful recommendations for training of service personnel
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable in speaking with all levels of management, including C-Level. Written communication should be at a business level
- The comfortability to coach and train individuals in large groups
- Self-motivated, and able to work with little to no supervision
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- A quick learner who is used to a fast paced environment, and can readily adapt to new changes
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- The ability to trouble shoot problems, and solve issues creatively
- An Associates Degree OR Similar Experience
- Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)
- Experience with work related travel
- Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
- A huge plus if you have worked within the Automotive Industry!
