Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Compunnel Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Product Marketing to join the Ads & Promotions Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies for advertising solutions, focusing on driving adoption and engagement while collaborating with various teams to launch new products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B product marketing strategies to increase adoption and engagement of advertising and promotions products
- Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and naming for new and existing advertising solutions
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) launches for new product features and enhancements
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Business Strategy, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product growth
- Conduct market research, customer research, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and product improvements
- Translate customer insights and market data into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness, monitor product adoption, and optimize marketing performance
- Support experimentation and testing initiatives to improve product-market fit and customer engagement
- Develop marketing materials and product messaging that effectively communicate the value of advertising products to enterprise advertisers and franchise partners
- Lead cross-functional marketing programs by coordinating efforts across Product Management, Engineering, Communications, Events, Finance, Business Strategy, Sales, and Analytics teams
- Build strong relationships with senior product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful execution
- Work closely with customer-facing teams, including Sales and Account Management, to gather customer feedback and improve marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, forecasting data, and campaign performance to support strategic business decisions
- Present marketing strategies, product insights, and campaign results to leadership and key stakeholders
- Support the continuous improvement of product marketing processes and best practices within the Ads & Promotions Marketing organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or AdTech marketing within a corporate, startup, or technology environment
- Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for digital products or platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience conducting market research, customer research, and competitive analysis
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Analytics
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or marketing technology platforms
- Experience working within the CPG, restaurant, retail, or agency industries
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
- Experience with market sizing, forecasting, and campaign performance analysis
- SQL knowledge or experience working with analytics tools is preferred
- Proven ability to influence product strategy through customer insights and data
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-growing business environment
