F2Onsite is seeking a short-term AI Automation & Microsoft 365 Integration Engineer to design and implement an automated workflow for Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts. The role involves configuring Microsoft 365 permissions and integrating cloud collaboration platforms, with a focus on building lightweight AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an automated workflow to detect and process Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts
- Configure Microsoft 365 permissions and integrations to securely move transcript files from OneDrive or Exchange to SharePoint
- Build and configure a lightweight automation or AI agent using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, or similar technologies
- Integrate SharePoint with Glean to streamline transcript ingestion and knowledge management
- Troubleshoot authentication, permissions, and file access issues across the Microsoft 365 environment
- Document the solution architecture, workflow, and support procedures
- Provide knowledge transfer and implementation guidance upon project completion
