Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of rental professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Conduct warm calling and lead generation to drive new business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with guests, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a short term rentals or sales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth
