BrothersTech is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using modern machine learning and generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable AI applications and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered applications using Machine Learning and Generative AI
- Build scalable APIs for AI services
- Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models for business use cases
- Integrate LLMs into enterprise applications
- Create intelligent chatbots and AI assistants
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
- Monitor model performance and optimize inference costs
- Ensure AI applications follow security and governance best practices
- Deploy AI solutions into cloud environments
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
- Strong programming experience with Python
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs
- Experience building AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI agents
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or ChromaDB
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices
- Experience deploying AI models using Docker and Kubernetes
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience
- Visa: USC / GC / GC-EAD / H4-EAD Preferred
