Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bowery Valuation is a leading startup in the real estate tech space, focused on redefining commercial appraisal. They are seeking an Associate Program Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts for their Associate Appraiser Program and partner with hiring managers to support evolving hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, with a significant focus on Associate Appraisers, and possibly expanding into other roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
- Ensure timely and accurate communications with candidates and hiring teams
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, startup, or fast-paced corporate environment
- Proven success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, networking, and referral channels
- Experience w/ high volume recruiting for multiple functions and levels simultaneously
- Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines from the ground up
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and ownership
- Commercial Real Estate experience a plus
- Experience using ATS (Rippling is a plus)
