Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is looking for experienced automotive sales/F&I professionals to join their consulting team. The Automotive Sales Manager will focus on establishing customer relationships and improving dealership efficiency and profitability through consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Establish professional relationships with customers
- Help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable
- Work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas within the dealership
- Use established and proven consulting services programs to help solve issues
- Follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing fee for service support and problem resolution
- Build trust that will further drive consulting services sales
Skills
- Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Sales, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, F&I Manager)
- Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week)
- Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Bachelor's preferred but not required
