What You'll Do:
• Conduct behavioral assessments and FBAs
• Build and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs
• Track client progress and update plans accordingly
• Partner with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver telehealth sessions and remote supervision
• Keep clean, timely clinical documentation
What You Need:
• Active BCBA certification
• Active Oklahoma license (multi-state licensure a plus — may unlock additional opportunities)
• Experience delivering ABA services and supervising RBTs
• Strong communication and independent work skills
