About the Role:
- Location: Remote ( anywhere within the US PST/EST time zones)
- Schedule:
- EST Position: Monday-Saturday: 11am-7:30pm EST (Wednesdays & Sundays off)
- PST Position: Wednesday-Monday: 12pm-8:30pm PST and Sunday: 10:00am-6:30pm PST (Tuesdays & Fridays off)
- Compensation: $25.05/hr plus bonus & incentives
- Reports to: Team Lead, Inside Sales
About the Opportunity:
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the follow-up process, assisting the Underwriting and Inside Sales teams with originations, and developing strong relationships between FHF employees and dealers. Your key objectives will include:
- Following up with dealers on eligible applications after approval
- Negotiating with dealerships to secure the best possible terms for FHF
- Providing exceptional support to dealers, serving as a single point of contact for all communication with internal FHF teams
- Monitoring dealer behavior to identify potential risks
- Collaborating with the Outside Sales team to drive volume growth
- Supporting the Servicing and Collections team to resolve dealer complaints and conflicts
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated career stability and a strong work ethic
- BA/BS degree required and/or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of previous sales or banking experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
