In this mid-level role, you will support business and administrative processes with a focus on sales-related operations and data quality, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Execute and own order-related processes in internal systems such as ERP, CRM and DMS
- Maintain and update customer data and system settings, including reports, evaluations and revisions
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality to support efficient and reliable business processes
- Take responsibility for defined process areas and act as a go-to person for data and administration topics
- Contribute to enhancements, customizations and projects in the area of data and process management
- Handle incoming calls and written inquiries and direct them to the right stakeholders where needed
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers and partners to build trust-based working relationships
- Create, manage and distribute license keys
- Manage access rights for licensed software and support related administrative workflows
- Provide administrative support for finance- or banking-related process steps where accuracy and confidentiality are essential
Skills
- English and German fluent
- At least 3 years of experience in administration, sales operations, banking back office, finance operations or comparable roles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experienced user of CRM and/ or ERP systems; comfortable working with complex data structures
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High affinity for numbers and careful handling of structured data
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- High level of accuracy, reliability and team orientation
- Independent working style, initiative and flexibility
- Discreet and trustworthy handling of confidential data
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined remote worker
- Completed commercial education, apprenticeship or degree in business administration, banking, finance or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in administration, sales operations or banking/finance back office
- Experience in banking, financial services or finance-related administration is a strong plus
- Experience in the IT industry or software product environment is beneficial
- Experience in an international and remote working environment is beneficial
