Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD) implementation/support in ServiceNow
- Experience with Operations Excellence / Process Optimization initiatives
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, Catalog, forms, and integrations
- Experience supporting UAT, SIT, and defect management
Skills
- 10 + years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD) implementation/support in ServiceNow
- Experience with Operations Excellence / Process Optimization initiatives
