FuntoNetwork is seeking a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Coordinator for an active RFP opportunity with the Mississippi Department of Employment Security. The role involves coordinating comprehensive design, print, labeling, sorting, bulk mailing, return mail, secure data handling, reporting, and related services.
Responsibilities
- Document facility redundancy, backup equipment, 24/7 restoration, RTO expectations, failover procedures, and continuity planning for print, mail, and computing operations
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness

- Relevant experience for this RFP-based role
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements
