The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting growth initiatives with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Communicating with business leaders, marketing and medical managers in pharma and biotech organizations
- Preparing and delivering presentations for prospective clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with Minds For Help’s marketing and medical affairs services
- Contributing to proposals and basic sales materials as needed
Skills
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations
- Lead Generation skills and the ability to manage and track prospects
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration
- Relevant experience in business development, sales support, or account management, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare services
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Business, marketing, life sciences students are welcomed as well as fresh grads
