As a Business Development Associate, you will enhance client relations and market presence while expanding the company's DeFi services across the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement
- Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across the Americas, tailoring your approach to meet client needs
- Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries
- Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance
Skills
- Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows
- 2+ years on an institutional sales desk with derivatives experience
- At least 1 year within crypto institutional sales
- Strong connections within the crypto community
- Proven ability to leverage relationships to meet business objectives
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills
- A clear track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong time management skills
- Capability to work seamlessly with a globally distributed team
- Experience in electronic trading
- Basic SQL and Python skills
