E-Cycling Puerto Rico Inc. helps companies and government entities manage end-of-life technology assets in a secure, responsible, and documented way. They are seeking a Business Development Executive focused on B2B sales of ITAD solutions for corporate technology assets, responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities related to technology equipment disposal and recycling.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop corporate accounts across Puerto Rico
- Identify opportunities related to ITAD services, technology equipment retirement, inventory, asset valuation, secure data destruction, asset recovery, certified recycling, and responsible disposition
- Engage with IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, Procurement, Operations, Information Security, Compliance, EHS, and Sustainability teams
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, client visits, information gathering, proposals, negotiation, closing, and post-service follow-up
- Gather basic information on technology inventories, including equipment type, brand, model, condition, components, volume, location, and data security requirements
- Coordinate internally with operations to validate service scope, logistics, inventories, service requirements, and execution feasibility
- Keep the CRM pipeline updated with daily activity tracking, next steps, opportunities, and sales forecast
- Build recurring business relationships with corporate accounts
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling to mid-sized or large companies, not individual consumers
- Practical knowledge of enterprise technology equipment such as servers, network equipment, storage systems, laptops, desktops, and IT assets in volume
- Ability to open new accounts, develop relationships, and close business opportunities
- Ability to understand basic technical needs and translate them into clear commercial proposals
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with executive, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Strong organization, CRM discipline, and consistent commercial follow-up
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for client visits, field assessments, and in-person meetings across Puerto Rico
- Experience in corporate technology sales, enterprise hardware, IT infrastructure, ITAD, asset recovery, remarketing, technology leasing, VAR, MSP, system integrators, data centers, telecommunications, or related industries is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
