This high-impact, client-facing role involves shaping go-to-market strategy, building relationships with top-tier organizations, and influencing revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development efforts targeting law firms, financial institutions, and large corporate organizations
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Lead full-cycle sales processes, from initial outreach through negotiation and close
- Present and communicate the value of legal and compliance-related service solutions to prospective clients
- Expand relationships within existing accounts to increase user adoption and revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience driving growth initiatives or managing client relationships, ideally in legal, financial, or corporate services settings
- Proven ability to generate new business and close complex deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and reporting
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and professional presence
- Bachelor's degree preferred
