AlgoChains is building an 'App Store' for algorithmic trading by delivering AI-native infrastructure for automated strategy research, validation, deployment, and monitoring. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify new leads, manage inbound and outbound prospecting, and build a strong pipeline across AlgoChains’ target segments.
Responsibilities
- Conducting discovery calls and presenting product capabilities
- Coordinating demos with the technical team
- Following up to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and gathering prospect feedback
- Collaborating with marketing on campaigns
- Supporting partnership development with traders, fintech firms, and data partners
Skills
- Skills in inside sales and lead generation to drive outreach, qualify prospects, and build a sustainable pipeline
- Strong communication and sales skills for effective discovery calls, compelling product conversations, and advancing opportunities
- Business development skills to identify new markets, develop partnerships, and support long-term growth
- Comfort using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and basic data analysis to track performance and optimize outreach
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services—and familiarity with algorithmic or quantitative trading concepts is highly beneficial
- Strong preference for candidates who have reviewed algochains.ai and can discuss our platform, marketplace, and target customers thoughtfully
