Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fit For Work is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate leads for their sales team. The role involves conducting outbound prospecting and being the first point of contact for prospective customers, requiring strong communication skills and a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 250 cold calls per day to prospective clients
- Daily outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn
- Utilize Zoom and other technologies to target companies and decision makers to personalize outreach
- Understand and clearly articulate and present information about all FFW/WS services to prospective customers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outbound strategy
- Document opportunities in Salesforce with accurate records of interactions
- Meet monthly/weekly KPI’s for meetings booked and qualified opportunities

- 1-3+ years of outbound sales or cold calling experience (SDR/BDR preferred)
- CRM expertise, Salesforce preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
