The Judge Group is seeking a Business Development Representative who will play a key role in expanding their market presence by connecting with SAP and cybersecurity stakeholders and generating qualified meetings that convert into revenue opportunities. The role involves prospecting enterprise accounts, developing new business opportunities, and partnering with Sales and Marketing for outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage enterprise accounts through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within SAP and cybersecurity-focused organizations
- Generate qualified meetings and build pipeline through inbound and outbound lead generation
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Research accounts and stakeholders to deliver personalized messaging
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Support industry events through pre- and post-event engagement
Skills
- 2–3 years of BDR/SDR experience in enterprise cybersecurity, SAP, or related B2B technology sales
- Proven success generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting
- Strong cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
