Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a leading global infrastructure organization. The role involves supporting large-scale datacenter network initiatives and optimizing performance through collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate global network architecture including IP transit, peering relationships, and dark fiber assets to optimize performance
- Analyze datacenter utilization trends and perform capacity planning to forecast future interconnection needs
- Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Translate technical network designs into business requirements, user stories, and project roadmaps
- Develop and track KPIs, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and present insights to executive leadership
Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience within datacenter, telecom, or internet infrastructure environments
- Strong networking expertise including OSI layers, BGP routing, MPLS, DWDM, and cross-connect architecture
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
- Advanced data analysis skills including SQL and proficiency in Python, R, or Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field
