Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GigHR® is seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Consultant with extensive HR experience. The consultant will manage a comprehensive HR assessment, focusing on various HR functions and ensuring effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Help drive and project manage a top-to-bottom HR assessment starting with everything HR Operations, HR Policies, Total Rewards, HR Technology and eventually playing a role in the overall HR Service Delivery Model
- Oversee the entire effort combined with the ability and interest in jumping in to deliver wherever needed
- Play a heavy delivery role in addition to pure project management
Skills
- At least 10 years of HR experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience with a large HR consultancy such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Accenture, IBM, Mercer or WTW
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability and interest in delivering wherever needed
- Experience as a former HR consultant from a leading firm
- HR Generalist/HRBP experience at a smaller organization (e.g., under 500 employees)
- Willingness to travel 10-20% during the project
- Availability for part-time (min 20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week)
- Career independent consultant
