Circana is a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions for consumer packaged goods companies, manufacturers, and retailers. The Client Insights & Sales Director will be responsible for driving client growth, delivering insight-led solutions, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders to maximize the value of Circana’s offerings.
Responsibilities
- Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s Consumer data solutions, focusing on Consumer level data, with their strategic goals
- Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success
- Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG and Dairy to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers
- Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+) to support client engagements and solution delivery
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Help meet or exceed team sales goals through finding sales opportunities to grow the business
- Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value
- Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 7 or more years of experience in the CPG industry
- Strong insights and analytics experience using syndicated data with a preference to HH panel
- Expertise in project management and process skills
- Able to engage in consultative manner with clients
