• Performance commissions: 20% of recovered amounts (after covering your “seat” at $45K–$50K in collections)
• Staff-only commissions—company takes just 25%, so your hard work pays off
• A reliable inventory of 100–120 accounts per month
Your Role:
• Research accounts and develop tailored recovery strategies
• Negotiate settlements and payment plans with business decision-makers
• Maintain precise, up-to-date account records
• Handle your inventory efficiently in a metrics-driven workflow
• Consistently hit and exceed KPIs such as recovery rates and account resolution times
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and maximize account flow
