This position involves managing appointments, assisting in deal closures, and building relationships in the commercial medical real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Book appointments and manage a pipeline
- Shadow and develop your skills
- Help close deals and learn the full transaction process
- Show commercial properties and provide financial and analytical data to clients
- Schedule and attend property inspections to support purchase and sale agreements
- Build relationships with medical practices and businesses to establish long-term growth opportunities
- Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers and help shepherd deals through closing
- Earn 25% commission on every deal you help close
Skills
- You must be actively pursuing a real estate license or willing and able to attain one before your start date
- You have proven negotiation skills and can turn leads into lifelong clients
- You have a sense for marketing, sales, and advertising
- You can manage a deal from the first conversation through closing
- You're coachable, hungry, and willing to do the unglamorous work (calls, follow-ups, prep)
