They are seeking a Volunteer Program Director to guide and expand their sustainability programs, working collaboratively with community members and volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and coordination across key community and sustainability program launches
- Support volunteer teams and help streamline processes to increase impact
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, visibility, and community engagement
- Help ensure our mission, vision, and values are reflected in all activities
- Offer leadership, with flexible scheduling

- Has experience and a strong interest in environmental, climate, and sustainability issues and in engaging the community in this work
- Brings leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting volunteers
