[Remote] Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nityo Infotech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Consultant to join their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing financial consolidation and planning solutions using OneStream XF.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OneStream CPM solutions for Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A
• Build and maintain metadata, cube views, dashboards, forms, quick views, and workflow profiles
• Develop and manage business rules including:
• Custom Consolidations
• Intercompany Eliminations
• Currency Translations
• Cash Flow Automations
• Event Handler Rules
• Integrate OneStream with external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) via REST APIs, SQL, or file-based ETL
• Ensure data integrity, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot integration issues
• Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and provide regular updates to senior management
• Support UAT, system testing, and issue resolution
• Maintain documentation for solution design, test scripts, admin guides, and training materials
• Provide ongoing support for OneStream applications including upgrades, performance tuning, and user training
• Troubleshoot system errors and document enhancement opportunities

Skills

• 2+ implementation experience with OneStream on Consolidation and planning and 10-15 years in EPM platforms
• Proficiency in: OneStream Design Studio, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow
• Proficiency in: VB.NET, SQL, C#, Python
• Proficiency in: Smart View and Excel Add-In
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles and planning processes
• Experience with metadata management, data reconciliation, and audit compliance
• Familiarity with marketplace solutions like BI Blend, Thing Planning, People Planning
• Ability to translate finance business requirements into technical OneStream solutions
• Experience with other EPM tools like Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC
• Knowledge of OneStream extensibility framework and Dashboard Extender Rules
• Prior participation in OneStream official training (e.g., “Application Build for Consultants”)
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based development
