Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meritore Technologies is seeking a Consultant - Tech & Impl L1 to join their team. The role involves planning and overseeing E2E testing, managing cross-platform projects, and ensuring effective customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of E2E testing for Netcracker OSS, Axiros, Alepo
- Manage cross platform projects spanning multiple engineering & business teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines and deliverables
- Lead resource management and allocation across program workstreams
- Own customer relationship management, ensuring delivery quality and proactive communication to build long-term trust
- Drive risk identification and mitigation, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Provide program leadership, streamlining processes and removing delivery roadblocks
- Proactively track open issues across multiple teams to ensure timely closure
- Prepare and present status reports, executive summaries and program documentation for stakeholders and leadership
