Position Overview – Remote Contact Center Chat Representative
As a Remote Contact Center Chat Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the primary digital touchpoint for our members. You’ll handle inquiries across chat, messaging, email, and phone, delivering swift resolutions on topics ranging from debit card issues to account transfers. Essential Qualifications
