Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with executives, technical leads, vendors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, align priorities, and deliver business value.
• Oversee Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming) and manage competing priorities to shape the roadmap and achieve product goals.
• Manage delivery timelines across multiple product verticals, monitor and resolve defects, and leverage analytics, market research, and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Promote an innovative, inclusive culture, track progress against OKRs, and encourage collaboration and self-organization to maximize team impact.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Ability to understand the “big picture” and translate into tangible Epics/User stories.
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories (JIRA), and following the development process through user story acceptance.
• Experience in Genesys Cloud or other CRM tools
