The Customer Service Specialist role involves supporting multiple brands by answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and promoting products while maintaining a high call volume.
Responsibilities
- Busy day handling our high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Actively participate in our required upselling program by consistently identifying customer needs and making compelling offers recommending relevant products during every interaction
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Calls include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
- Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the QVC Group family of brands
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
Skills
- Provide a distraction free work from home environment
- 12+ months of service experience
- Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens
- Follow our computer system requirements, including provide your own Microsoft PC
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
