The Corporate Finance Associate role involves improving AI's handling of corporate finance through research and content generation related to M&A, fundraising, and advisory mandates.
Responsibilities
- You'll work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and gain rare, early exposure to how AI labs actually develop their models
- As part of the project, you will contribute your corporate finance advisory experience to a structured research project used to help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets
- The work involves generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how corporate finance professionals think through transactions, including M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates
Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory at a recognized institution (Big 4 Corporate Finance, mid-market advisory, or boutique IB)
- Associate level with live deal execution experience across M&A, fundraising, or capital raising mandates
- Strong financial modeling skills (incl. DCF, LBO, comps) and comfort with CIMs, investor materials, and valuation analyses
- Ability to articulate corporate finance judgment clearly and precisely in writing
