About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing solutions to their billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions. You'll promote products and services to our new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service, resolving customer concerns and technical issues via phone, and promoting products and services to enhance their DISH experience.
- Work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with at least 2 consecutive days off.
- Support customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays, with potential schedule changes every 12-15 weeks.
- Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions and address customer needs.
- Maintain superb attendance, remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift, and be on camera during video meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
- An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques.
- The ability to remain engaged on the phone, work in a dedicated home office, and meet our technical requirements.
- Superb attendance, flexibility with schedule changes, and tech savviness to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best In Class Customer Experience.
Work Environment and Technical Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance. To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated home office workspace with a stable Cable, DSL, or Fiber ISP internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed with 99% uptime).
- A wired ethernet connection between your modem and PC (Wi-Fi, fixed wireless, cellular, or satellite is not supported).
- DISH-provided equipment, including a PC Tower, power adapter, and two monitors.
- Required accessories, including a USB headset, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and ethernet cable.
