They are currently seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to guide new customers through onboarding, provide training and support, and ensure they gain maximum value from their products or services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our CRM platform
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team
- Assist with customer retention efforts and identify opportunities for upselling
Skills
- Prior experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
