- Verifying and reviewing data entries to maintain accuracy and high quality, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Safeguarding personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Engaging professionally with colleagues as necessary, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proposing enhancements for workflow processes, with a focus on innovation and efficiency
- Completing assigned tasks punctually and assisting with additional responsibilities as needed, with a strong work ethic and flexibility
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work productively and efficiently
- Self-motivation and the ability to maintain focus and manage multiple assignments, with a strong sense of organization and prioritization
