Key Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain member data in arenaflex’s secure electronic health record (EHR) system with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct telephone and electronic outreach to assess member needs related to medical, financial, transportation, safety, and housing concerns.
- Partner with registered nurse case managers to develop individualized care plans, ensuring alignment with each member’s benefit plan.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical social work, case management, or a closely related field.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Proven ability to accurately input large volumes of data while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
