The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is one of the world's largest tire companies, and they are seeking a Dealer Fleet Sales Manager to drive profitable fleet growth. This role involves maximizing dealer performance and building relationships with fleet customers to expand market share and execute growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive sell-out performance across assigned territory, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Develop and expand local fleet business by prospecting, securing new accounts, and growing share within existing customers
- Build strong partnerships with fleet customers and servicing dealers to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction
- Execute strategic growth plans aligned with Goodyear Commercial PBU, including national and local account expansion
- Lead dealer enablement initiatives such as training, government bid coordination, and performance reporting
- Implement inventory and stocking strategies to ensure product availability and resolve operational challenges
- Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable deals, while delivering post-sale support to maintain long-term customer success
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience, with 5+ years in B2B sales
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and drive account growth
- Strong prospecting and sales planning skills to identify and capture new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and proficient with CRM tools and sales technologies
