- Someone who focuses on learning every detail about the product and user pain points. Where most AE's fall short is jumping into the sales process without taking time to dive deep enough. Strong AE's learn every tiny detail about their customer's workflows to the point where they could probably run their customer's business better than them
- Background in dental is a strong plus: if you have previously worked in a dental office or DSO and understand the nitty gritties of practice operations, revenue cycle, etc that will make your life a lot easier
