Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ITCAPS LLC is seeking a Nexthink DEX Lead / Platform Owner to support a large enterprise endpoint environment. The role focuses on improving digital employee experience through platform ownership, analytics, and proactive remediation.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Nexthink platform activity across an enterprise environment
- Build and maintain dashboards, investigations, campaigns, and reports
- Analyze device health, application performance, endpoint behavior, and user experience data
- Identify recurring issues impacting employee experience and endpoint reliability
- Partner with EUC, endpoint, service desk, infrastructure, and workplace technology teams
- Turn Nexthink insights into clear remediation actions
- Support proactive monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational reporting
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders
- Help improve experience scores, device performance, and ticket reduction efforts
Skills
- Strong hands-on Nexthink experience
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience, EUC analytics, or endpoint operations
- Strong understanding of Windows endpoints, device performance, application behavior, and user experience metrics
- Ability to create Nexthink dashboards, investigations, campaigns, and reporting views
- Experience identifying root cause from endpoint data and recommending practical fixes
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to operate independently in a platform ownership role
- Experience with ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, Tanium, Splunk, or similar enterprise tools
- Background in EUC, desktop engineering, endpoint engineering, or workplace technology
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments
