ProLift Garage Doors of Lansdale is seeking an experienced business development leader to drive revenue across multiple service businesses and market verticals. In this leadership role, you will generate new business, lead strategic growth initiatives, and expand commercial relationships to support the company's long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Driving revenue growth across all four business centers within the ProLift Home Services Platform
- Managing and selling across multiple residential and commercial market verticals
- Personally generating new business through prospecting, networking, strategic partnerships, referrals, and relationship development
- Developing commercial accounts with builders, contractors, architects, property managers, municipalities, restoration companies, commercial property owners, and facility managers
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities that strengthen customer relationships across multiple service offerings
- Maintaining an organized CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting process, and performance reporting
- Partnering with ownership to improve sales processes, establish KPIs, refine compensation programs, and support future expansion initiatives
- Recruiting, mentoring, and helping develop future members of the sales organization
Skills
- A minimum of five (5) years of successful outside sales, business development, or sales leadership experience
- A demonstrated history of exceeding revenue objectives
- Experience building new business through consultative selling and strategic relationship development
- Strong commercial sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities, customers, and market opportunities simultaneously
- CRM proficiency with disciplined pipeline and forecasting practices
- The confidence to work directly with ownership while helping influence growth strategy
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the service territory
- Experience within home services, construction, commercial services, building products, industrial sales, or related industries is highly desirable
