They are seeking a Director of Growth & Agent Expansion to drive strategic growth through meaningful agent and team recruitment focused on sustainability and operational leverage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit productive agents and established teams aligned with Avanti Way’s culture and vision
- Build relationships with growth-minded agents across target markets
- Conduct strategic business conversations and recruiting presentations
- Position Avanti Way as a platform for long-term growth, scalability, and operational leverage
- Develop recruiting pipelines by market, production level, and business model
- Help drive production growth across all branches
- Target agents and teams capable of contributing meaningful transaction volume
- Identify opportunities that strengthen both company culture and market presence
- Support geographic and operational expansion through relationship-driven recruiting

Skills
- Experience recruiting real estate agents or teams
- Strong background in real estate leadership, coaching, or business development
- Existing relationships within the real estate industry preferred
