Position Overview
In this remote, in‑home role you will:
- Deliver evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2‑12 on the autism spectrum.

- Implement individualized behavior support plans, discrete trial training, and skill‑building activities under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.

Key Responsibilities
- One‑on‑One ABA Therapy: Conduct structured ABA sessions in the client’s home, using evidence‑based teaching procedures to increase functional communication, social skills, and independent living skills.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Accurately record moment‑to‑moment data on target behaviors, skill mastery, and session fidelity, entering information into Key Autism’s secure digital platform within 24 hours of each session.
- Behavior Intervention Execution: Implement discrete trial teaching, natural environment training, and behavior support strategies as outlined in each individualized treatment plan.
- Collaboration with BCBAs: Participate in weekly case reviews, receive real‑time feedback, and adjust treatment techniques based on supervisory guidance.
- Family Engagement: Communicate progress, provide coaching on behavior strategies, and empower families to reinforce skills outside of therapy sessions.
- Professionalism & Punctuality: Arrive prepared and on time for each scheduled session, adhere to all safety protocols, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policy.
- Physical & Environmental Readiness: Safely lift and position child equipment up to 35 lbs, kneel, squat, or sit on the floor as needed, and adapt to indoor or outdoor settings as directed.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or in‑progress) in Psychology, Special Education, Sociology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of direct, one‑on‑one experience with children in a supportive role (e.g., Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, or ABA Tutor).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable documenting data and articulating observations to supervisors and families.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record; ability to travel to client homes within designated service regions.
