APT Search is representing a growing boutique eDiscovery consultancy hiring a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to act as a trusted advisor and SME across a portfolio of clients. This role involves owning complex eDiscovery matters from start to finish, running quality control, and providing expert advice on best practices. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior client contact and trusted advisor for end-to-end eDiscovery project management across the EDRM lifecycle
- Take ownership of the most complex and high-value matters, setting the standard for delivery
- Work directly in Relativity or Reveal, managing data processing, analytics workflows, review preparation and productions
- Design and implement defensible, efficient workflows tailored to each client's requirements
- Advise clients on best practices for data strategy, review optimization, TAR and analytics
- Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure productions meet technical and legal standards
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and helping raise delivery capability across the team
- Support business growth through strong client relationship management and consultative engagement
Skills
- 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience within a consultancy, vendor or law firm environment
- Strong hands-on experience using Relativity for processing, analytics and productions is essential
- Comprehensive understanding of the EDRM and litigation lifecycle
- Proven track record managing complex, high-value matters in fast-paced, client-driven environments
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- Commercially aware, with the ability to balance client service and project efficiency
- Full US work authorization required
