Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to support the Electrical Engineering teams. This role will bridge design engineering and hardware operations, managing the end-to-end execution of PCBAs build and assembly to eliminate lead-time delays and keep critical hardware milestones on track.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors; conduct daily check-ins to track orders and pull in schedules
- Coordinate, prioritize, and track engineering rework requests to ensure fast, accurate hardware modifications
- Navigate internal procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for seamless manufacturing kick-offs
- Manage components, organize allocation, and pick up/ship parts to external partners
- Partner with Electrical Engineers to help them with supplier issues and highlight risks
Skills
- 3+ years in program management, hardware operations, or component sourcing embedded with EE teams
- Strong familiarity with EE design flows and PCBA manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, and rework)
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills required
