Responsibilities
- Define and lead Antora’s global go-to-market strategy for energy products, identifying high-value opportunities to deploy long duration energy storage (LDES) into energy markets worldwide
- Drive business development with utilities, hyperscalers, large industrial loads, and government entities, while coordinating with policy teams to shape regulatory environments that create new market opportunities
- Serve as the commercial architect for Antora’s energy products—setting the strategic direction, establishing deal frameworks, and building the partnerships required to scale deployment
- Operate and maintain Heat-to-Power’s high-temperature test platforms at Antora’s R&D facility
- Perform hands-on setup, maintenance, and instrumentation of electrical discharge prototypes that generate the data driving Heat-to-Power development
- Run and monitor campaigns (including unattended and overnight runs within defined limits), with an engineer on call for decisions outside those limits
- Execute TPV cell and module characterization at Antora’s TPV R&D and manufacturing facility
- Independently perform photovoltaic cell and module characterization and reliability testing, generating the data that drives TPV R&D, reliability, and manufacturing operations
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on safe material handling, industrial lifting, rigging, equipment movement, and production support
- Operate industrial lifting and material-handling equipment in a manufacturing, construction, port, logistics, military, or heavy industrial environment
- Train or mentor operators and technicians on safe equipment operation, load handling, rigging practices, and material movement procedures
- Support the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing area
- Ensure that products are built to the highest standard in a team and mission-first environment
- Play a key part in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that materials and products are handled, stored, and distributed effectively to support production lines
- Develop electrical systems for Antora's innovative thermal energy storage system
- Define electrical scope and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety practices
Skills
- Experience in defining and leading global go-to-market strategy for energy products
- Ability to identify high-value opportunities to deploy long duration energy storage (LDES) into energy markets
- Experience in business development with utilities, hyperscalers, large industrial loads, and government entities

- Experience with cranes, hoists, forklifts, lift-assist devices, hydraulic straddle carriers, gantry cranes, and other equipment used to move machinery
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
