The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring the ePAM platform, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing support and training.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements related to portfolio accounting and management
- Configure and customize the ePAM solution based on client needs
- Conduct system testing and ensure all functionalities meet quality standards
- Provide training and support to clients on ePAM functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and documentation as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in portfolio accounting and management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a functional consultant or business analyst in portfolio accounting or asset management
- In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting processes and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience with ePAM or similar portfolio accounting systems preferred
- Certification in portfolio accounting systems or related fields is a plus
